"The hotel is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and addressed any mimor concerns immediately. The room was clean, comfy and quiet. Parking was easy. The hotel offers free breakfast. It's convenient to many stores. The mall is a few blocks down (for my shopper's). There's a restaurant on site (short stay, didn't get to try it, but would have). There are many restaurants and big box stores nearby (less than 5 miles). MCO is 35-40 minutes away (depending on traffic. Based on weekday afternoon, early morning weekend). Addition Financial Arena is about 35-45 minutes away (depending on traffic). Please dont leave without viewing "Cranes Roost Park". Walking, jogging route within a few feet of the hotels main entrance. The area felt/was safe, late night and early morning. Overall, it was a great stay. I'd definitely recommend. "

"Room was clean. Staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. Beautiful lake view. Breakfast had many options ms food was fresh. The only complaint is all of the stairs. It’s very difficult to get suitcases up and down as we age. "

"Breakfast was great, parking and staff were great and so was the room. Only thing thing we had an issue w was that an employee, not sure if it was house keeping, just randomly opened our door and was about to walk in until they noticed we were in the room. There was no cleaning cat outside so not sure why that was about and not sure if we would pick this hotel next time because we don’t want random employees coming into our room. We are fine with house keeping coming in but we were told house keeping would not come until the third day and that happened on the second day. "

"Stayed here with my wife, our baby, and our two chihuahuas and had a really great experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a family stay—having the extra space and kitchen area made a big difference with a little one. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything felt well-kept and comfortable. The only downside for us was the pet fee. Paying $150 for two nights just for our small dogs felt a bit steep, especially since they’re tiny and well-behaved. That said, we really appreciated being able to bring them along at all, which isn’t always easy to find. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back—especially for how convenient and family-friendly it was."

"Very close to hospital which I needed. Great breakfast-hot, had variety, and clean. ABC and CBS tv stations were not working all the time. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Safe and easy to access. "
